Golden Fried Rice



Being Asian, rice is a staple of every meal. But sometimes it gets bland, maybe that's why fried rice was invented? probably not it. I'm sure it had a lot to do with making use of all the left over rice in the kitchen.

The best thing about fried rice is that
its fast, easy and you can pretty much use everyday ingredients.
you can make quick meals for you or friends . I mean there are so many variants of fried rice but if you learn how to cook this basic recipe then you're set to conquer the fried rice world, that, and you'll never have to order out for fried rice again.  


Yeah its kind of a no brainer video. some might say its to simple but these are the basics.



What you will need:
  •   1-2 cups cooked rice ( should be at room temp. left over rice works the best)
  •    1 egg ( slightly scrambled)
  •  2- Tbs oil 
  • 1 Tbs sesame oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • additional:
  •  I added chives and green peas. its up to you how much you want to add  for 1-2 cups i would add about 1/4 cup green peas and 1/4 cup chives.
