FISH TACOS

TACO TUESDAY BEEZY!

Ok so this entry has been here for a while and I'm finally getting around to working on it. But yeah once upon a time 2 cool ass Fil-Am lived and went to school in the Philippines where fish were plenty but tacos were scarce ...
Aight so one of the cool things about living outside the states is meeting other Americans who miss the food from back home. So this is a perfect time to cook because one, food taste good. And two you get to split the cost of food.

So my beautiful friend Heather and I decide to make fish tacos, and it so happened to be Tuesday woo hoo! but yeah here ya go, this is what you'll need

A pack of flour or corn tortillas ( heat and set aside for later)
white fish/ cream dori fillets
flour
bread crumbs
salt and pepper
paprika
dill (optional)
1 egg

Scramble the egg and coat fish in the egg wash. coat the fish in flour. coat again in egg wash then coat with the bread crumbs. season it with salt, pepper and some paprika.

when you have this you can decide to either bake or fry the fish fillets. We baked the fish fillets cause its healthier ;-)

now while that is baking we can work on cutting up the veggies and making the sauce, Salsa Blanca.

Ok now how to make the salsa or pico de gallo

1 dice avocado
1/2 a head of cabbage, chopped ( set aside)
4 tomatoes
1 large red onion
cilanto
lime juice

mix it all up in a mixing bowl and take a picture =)

The Sauce, Salsa Blanca

1 cup of plain yogurt
2 Tbsp mayo
salt and pepper
lime juice
pinch of sugar

How to put it all together

1. take a tortilla and put some cabbage on it.

 2. Put a few pieces of fish on top of cabbage

3 . add pico de gallo
4. pour some salsa planca
5. sprinkle some cilantro

Devour the taco, lick the plate or in this case the chopping board and continue onto fingers. =P

BE COOL, CLICK AND AD ;-)
